RULES
Prizes will be mailed 2-4 weeks after the completion of the contest. Please provide complete address for fastest delivery. Winners are solely responsible for payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Rocco's Pizza is not responsible for mechanical telephone errors, or failure, omission, or neglect on the part of the U.S. Postal Service. All materials submitted during a contest become the property of Rocco's Pizza. Rocco's Pizza has the right to use any such material in connection with the given contest. By entering the contest, entrants agree that Rocco's Pizza may use their name, photo, or voice in advertisements and promotion without compensation, and grant Rocco's Pizza all rights to said use. Employees, family members, and/or those living in the same household of Rocco's Pizza Employees are ineligible for this contest. No purchase necessary. Contest is void where prohibited by law. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution for prizes will be allowed. Rocco's Pizza reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any contestant. If winner is a minor, Rocco's Pizza reserves the right to require a parent or legal guardian to sign a Prize Winner Release Form.
